Clinical Treatment Planning

Clinical Treatment Planning is working with the Clinical Supervisor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to asses and develop an individual’s treatment goals. The treatment planning follows with working directly with a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Worker to work towards the individual’s goals.
